I am very excited to announce my first Kindle book on Amazon. It's called '10 Simple Filo Recipes' and it's a selection of the recipes the girls and I have invented since we fell in love with Filo pastry.
I really like filo because firstly it's low in calories and just 1 Pro point a sheet as far as weight watchers goes. I know that it has a reputation of putting fear into home cooks who believe it is tricky to work with but in actual fact I think it's the easiest pastry there is to work with. Instead of using traditional melted butter we use a rice bran spray oil which of course also heaps to keeps the old calories down!

P.s Not actually eating filo at the moment as I am still on my raw quest - 13 days and going strong. The aches and pains have improved hugely and I am feeling so much better...well apart from putting my back out again!!!!
